Digital Course Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or a significant portion has been viewed or downloaded.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a conditional refund policy as follows:

• Refund Window: You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Condition for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 15% (fifteen percent) of the total course content (measured by modules completed, videos watched, or other relevant metrics determined by us).

• Processing: Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a further 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if:

• The request is made outside the 14-day window.
• Significant course content (more than 15%) has been accessed or downloaded.
• We suspect abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests from the same individual).
• The course was purchased as part of a special promotion or bundle where specific refund terms were stated.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to access a course due to technical issues on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the access percentage, provided the issue is reported within the 14-day refund window.
